Diamond Bandsaw
The DB-100 Bandsaw is a hobbyist
level diamond bandsaw. The DB-100 is primarily designed for use
on glass, stained glass, fiberglass or plastic. The diamond
bandsaw can also be used to cut thin "tile thickness"
pieces of ceramic, marble, or stone. However, for prolonged
cutting of these heavier materials, a more powerful, professional
level saw should normally be used.
The DB-100 has an innovative
design with many advanced features. A unique 'Flow-Through'
coolant system applies coolant to the upper blade guide allowing
the water to flow down the blade while a lower drain removes
used coolant. The Coolant reservoir contained in the upper
housing holds about 1/2 liter of water.
A replaceable "BladeSert"
blade guide fits into the table and provides support to the blade
where it is needed - at the point where all the cutting is done.
The Inland DB-100 Bandsaw has a direct drive variable speed motor
that provides plenty of power for hobbyist to cut intricate and
difficult shapes.
